LEG EXERCISES IN TIME FOR SUMMER!
Hey guys! Long time, no publish T.T I knoww, I’ve been busy, I have a life, what can I say?  xD BUUT that doesn’t mean I’ve been skipping my daily workouts! NOOO! :D To make up for it I’m sharing the leg program I made up for myself that’s coming along nicely :P
To include in daily Morning Workout:
(NO REST INBETWEEN! ready?) 
30 jump-squats (start with 20 if this is too much)
30 normal squats
25 second 90º bent knee hold (get those thighs paralell to the floor!)
45 min jog at fast pace every 2 days (3x a week at least)
Balanced low carbohydrate and low fat diet!
Look at your life, look at your choices:
Take the stairs instead of the elevatorr!
Walk everywhere!
