Hey guys! Long time, no publish T.T I knoww, I’ve been busy, I have a life, what can I say? xD BUUT that doesn’t mean I’ve been skipping my daily workouts! NOOO! :D To make up for it I’m sharing the leg program I made up for myself that’s coming along nicely :P
To include in daily Morning Workout:
(NO REST INBETWEEN! ready?)
- 30 jump-squats (start with 20 if this is too much)
- 30 normal squats
- 25 second 90º bent knee hold (get those thighs paralell to the floor!)
45 min jog at fast pace every 2 days (3x a week at least)
Balanced low carbohydrate and low fat diet!
Look at your life, look at your choices:
- Take the stairs instead of the elevatorr!
- Walk everywhere!

Morning guys! uurgh I feel like an argonaut today :/ But hey, at least I’m back to posting progress posts again I guess ^^ I’ve only just started working out again, this time with a new plan :P
